"Clean room had everything needed & helpful staff"

"We originally booked a room with a king bed and upon arrival we were told the room wouldn’t be ready for another 2 hours so they offered us a room with 2 queens and a view of the Bellagio fountains. We were also given a credit to use at the hotel. The girl that helped us was so friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience. The room was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay again. "

"Room was clean, everything that you need for a short stay. The self checkin was smooth and easy as well as the check out."

"Found prescription pills in our room hidden under the bed. Turned in to front desk and no staff cared, pretty disappointing as we had young children with us. Also the elevators went down and it took us nearly two hours to get up to our room. Didn’t even take the chance to explore the hotel incase we weren’t able to get back up again. "

"Front desk staff was rude. They didn’t explain anything. Does this facility offer breakfast? Does it have a gym? Where is my room located? No idea, didn’t take the time to explain anything. The bell hops were amazing & super helpful. The room had no mini fridge. The layout of the hotel was very confusing. "

"Our stay at the SAHARA Las Vegas was fantastic. Thanks to my Gold status with Expedia, I received a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even better. The spa services were amazing. We only got to tried Zeffer’s Café, the breakfast was excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. "
