"My cousin and I stayed at this all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic for 6 days, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The resort itself was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and well-kept grounds that made it feel like a tropical paradise from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of our favorite parts was the atmosphere—there were so many young people around our age visiting from all over the world, which made it really easy to meet others and added so much fun to the trip. Since this was our first time staying at a resort, we didn’t know exactly what to expect, but it completely exceeded everything we imagined. Between the great energy, amazing service, and beautiful setting, this ended up being the best vacation we’ve ever had. We would absolutely come back again!"

"The facility was gorgeous and there was lots to do in the evenings. There were ample chairs at the beautiful pool and beach. The drinks were good!! The only thing I would like to suggest is more bilingual (English-speaking) assistants who answer for hospitality and/or housekeeping. We did not have any sheets for our pullout sofa bed on night 1 after 4 calls over an hour and a half timeframe! Housekeeping kept telling me “un momento”.Many minutes passed and still no linens! The only other complaint was NO diet drinks in our room after I called and requested them. No sweet wine available unless we purchased it (which I did). We took an excursion to Isla Saona which was fun but the “massage therapists” overcharged us for 3 massages! The sign said “we accept cards and Apple Pay”……When I tried to pay with AmEx I was told we don’t accept that…..nowhere did any signage state that. I had to end up paying our excursion director who said he would reimburse the ladies but he charged me a “convenience charge” because I used AmEx. What we were told was $45/massage X 3 =$135 but after “tax” and the “convenience fee”, my total charge was $380! Not what we signed up for!!! I would just say BUYER BEWARE!! This overcharge was NOT any fault of Magestic Elegance! Just be aware of additional fees and costs you may get charged if you go on an excursion. Overall, I am not upset with our stay…I wish they had some fun classes during the day to help us communicate better while in the country.👙😎"

"We enjoyed our stay here. First of all, we upgraded to the privilege tier and it was a great choice. There is more restaurant availability, a butler, pool/beach seating, etc. While I did enjoy it here the food wasn't all that good. I wasn't a huge fan of the buffet and the restaurants were okay. There is also a flamingo, named Pinky, on the property. He really added to the experience. I really enjoyed the beds on the beach but the non-privilege area by the beach seemed a bit crowded. The pools were also really nice and had swim up bars. I also wasn't a huge fan of the drinks here. The resort was very pretty and there a lot of palm trees. The gym was a little bit small- there were only two treadmills. You do have to get up quite early to get to seats by the ocean. We woke up at 6:30 every morning and there were a ton of people up at that time claiming seats. The workers were very nice but some were difficult to understand and didn't speak much English. It was set to rain when we were there but it was quite sunny and nice most of our stay and only rained a little, mostly near dinner time. Some of the restaurants also took a while (the Mexican took like 1:45 both times). The shows were pretty good too- I really enjoyed the entertainment here especially the preshows and the La Voce show on Sundays. I would also like to include that Daniel, in the privilege pool area, was incredibly helpful and nice. All in all, it was a really fun experience with lots of things to do."

"The internet worked on and off half the time, the rooms all smell really musty even after switching rooms 3 separate times and each room all had their own issue. Some had slow drains, one had a toilet that didn’t flush too well, and the other one just had black grime built up near the shower corners. Most of the servers are nice and smile while there’s a couple that just doesn’t look happy. Food was probably the most disappointing part, I wasn’t fond of any of it "

"The process for making restaurant reservations needs attention. It was a lot of fun, you must like to party to enjoy this experience! "

"If you are not a smoker, then don't go. People were able to smoke everywhere. Wake up to go out to the balcony to get some fresh air, and just blasted with smoke. Go down to the pool to relax and take in some fresh air, only to then be blasted with smoke from every direction. I prefer places with designated smoking areas that are away from others."
