「The first time I stayed was great. But the second time was horrible.The staff it was a “gentleman”and he was really acting like “robo cop”.I reminded him that I was paying for the room, that it wasn’t free.The bedroom pocket door got stuck, I let him know and he said” why did I close it?That it’s not necessary to close?I just didn’t feel comfortable the way I was received. We only slept and during the day we were sightseeing. I thought very highly of this place at first. But definitely will not...

「When we first entered the lobby to check in the 2 gentleman we’re very nice engaged with our child, and made us feel very welcomed. The food we had at the restaurant at the hotel was amazing. The dinner and breakfast were both great. We were greeted by the owner after our first night at breakfast, and he was very hospitable. I would recommend any to stay there. We would be more than pleased to stay there again!」

「Todo muy bien pero deberían de crear un área para que los huéspedes desayunen y no tener que ir a caminar al Restaurante que el Hotel asigna, Si hay una mañana lluviosa o huéspedes que están muy cansado brindarle la comodidad de ofrecer desayunos dentro del Hotel」

「Sehr unfreundliches Personal, Internet war ausgefallen u. allen männlichen Angestellten war das egal und machten nichts. Nur die Dame von der Rezeption war bemüht und besorgte uns nach langer zeit einen neuen Router. Wir hatten Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer/Bäder aber Schlafzimmer sind ohne Fernseher, winzig u. unerträglichen Schimmelgeruch!!!! Keine Zimmerreinigung obwohl bei Expedia so angegeben! Toilettenpapier muss man sich selber kaufen! wir waren richtig froh diesen Resort wieder zu verlassen...
