「During the night 3 trains went through the area with horns blowing and rumbling May have been the atmosphere that night I stayed or I’m a light sleeper But not much rest The hotel itself was fine」

「Outstanding views, waterfront, equipped with everything you need for a getaway. Conveniently located a short drive to Dunlap. Neighbor’s were very friendly, grandkids loved the paddle boats. Excellent WiFi, nicely maintained house and property. We were lucky, stayed over the July 4th weekend and the HOA puton a great fireworks show. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Tennessee. 」

「We finally were able to get a reservation for a train car … what a great experience. We have stayed in a room in the past but the train car is quite the experience. All the staff is top notch. We have to give the Conceirge Dian a 10+ for making our stay extra ordinary. Every thing we needed was taken care of. We will return often and I am sure be guaranteed a great stay. The Hotel Chalet is a highly recommended place to stay.」

「I have staying at this property twice a year since 2017. Unfortunately this time wasn’t the best. There was no hot water at the sink or soap in the dispenser in the shower. The room was a little rough and had a musty smell. The TV only worked on one channel and believe me I tried. The lady who checked us in was very nice. 「My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. We totally enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast menu, with a shoutout to Katie, who absolutely goes overboard to make sure everyone gets what they want! She is a gem!!
