「Loved the opportunity to stay at such an iconic hotel in historic Chattanooga. Staying in the old box car was an awesome and memorable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a light out in the bathroom and I needed to be able to do my makeup as I was getting ready for my wedding, but maintenance came by immediately to bring a new bulb. 「We absolutely loved the concept and layout of this hotel. The rooms were amazingly spacious and felt more like studio apartments than a hotel. The surrounding area is getting a makeover, so parking was tight, but that didn’t detract from thus fantastic stay. 」
