"Nothing… except parking! I truly enjoyed my stay at your wonderful hotel! My travel budget is low for my job, so don’t get this kind of surprised treatment often. I decided to treat myself. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so enjoyable!
Next time I’ll be bringing my bathing suit!😊😊"
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chattanooga Downtown/Cameron Harbor
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Tennessee River. Beautiful! We definitely recommend staying here if you visit Chattanooga."
"This is the gem of Chattanooga. Every time we stay in town, we try to find a room here. They have everything from 2 to accommodate five or six. And we found out this time we could bring the dogs. Hotel Clemons is the best."
"We had a few “hiccups”. The tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, and the a/c didn’t work. They promptly moved us to a new room. In the new room the tv still didn’t work. We later learned the property had a computer glitch or something that cause it to go out. Which I understand things happen but the lack of communication about that was disappointing. The building engineer was the only person on staff who wasn’t friendly. He was rude! But other than that the stay was fine. The room was clean. The front desk people were pleasant. The restaurant was cute. The food was typical hotel food with reasonable prices."
The Waymark Chattanooga, Tapestry Collection By Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"They only offer street parking or valet. They do not have a designated parking unless you pay for valet. Luckily it was a holiday so street parking is free. That’s the Only thing I would have complained about if it I didn’t find a spot close by or if I had to pay for street parking. It’s very convenient location though walking distance to many restaurants and there is a dollar general right next door which was super convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here."
"Breakfast was amazing and free. One of my favorites. Had an omelete on one day and avocado toast the next. Depends on the day and chef special. Free selection of drinks from the bar, with token, from 5-630. My girls loved the shirley temples. I really enjoyed the stay with exception of the room temp. It was set at 68, felt way hotter, they do not let it go lower even if you change it. We requested a fan. Do not valet on busy days. We went on the 4th of July weekend. We had a 40 minute wait to get the car and I requested to get it on my own. If I hadnt, I would of missed my reservation. It was a hassle but the manager gave the ok for those who wanted to get their keys. Car was parked at the same deck you self park at. $12 vs $30. If you aren't going to go in and out just self park. Would definitely go back for another stay."
