「高价低档，极差」

「That's good place.」

「Nice, comfortable, and relaxing」

「Beautiful pools and great access to the beach. Super friendly staff too.」

「We stayed at this hotel for four days, and our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. The staff did not offer to change the sheets or provide fresh towels. This was very disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel. Basic housekeeping and cleanliness should be a standard part of the guest experience. Unfortunately, our stay did not meet these basic expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.」

「The private stretch of beach was amazing! A manatee and three dolphins swam within inches of us! You couldn’t beat the views and amenities for the price! Plus the staff was very friendly and helpful! The housekeeper even recognized us when we returned hours after checkout to pickup our luggage and returned a charger we’d forgotten in the room.」

「The air conditioning system to load, Only one light working. The bathroom vent not working.」

「Todo estuvo bien. Nos dieron lo que habian ofrecido.」

「Great stay at Shephard's Beach Resort! The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Steps from the beach, with live music at the tiki bar, good restaurants, a pool and hot tub. Free valet parking was a nice bonus. Our accessible room had a roll-in shower, grab bars, handheld showerhead, plenty of space, and an ocean-view balcony — very comfortable for a wheelchair user. We'd definitely come back!」

「这个价格的酒店停车不是很方便」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Clearwater location. The building was rather dated and could use an overall makeover. With that being said the core foundation was there. The staff were pleasant, pool decent and access to the beach was great.」

「For families with young children and teenagers looking for a peaceful environment, it is an excellent place.!!!」
