「The beach view from our third floor side balcony was good. We originally had a second floor side balcony and it was not so great. The bar staff (waitress) was a total disappointment. The food selection was ok but by the time the waitress brought it to us it was cold. We sat for 90+ minutes in an empty restaurant before she took our drink orders. We received our menus after that time and requesting several times.」

「It was run down and dirty. Nasty carpet, uncomfortable beds, wires all over the ceiling. Towel rack was busted in the bathroom, linoleum floor was coming up, dirty shower and ceiling. We had a "kitchenette" but there was no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were on top of a 2" layer of dust. The creamer and coffee were in the "office" and the creamer was curdled.
