「The resort was clean, and the parking was excellent. Our only complaint was that the hallways were very hot and the air conditioning in our room was turned off when we arrived. We understand the desire to conserve electricity, but it took several hours for the room to cool down to a comfortable temperature. Having the AC set to a moderate temperature before guests arrive would greatly improve the check-in experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.」

「Everything was 10/10 for us, the whirlpool tub in the bathroom was worth it on its own but the amount of amenities you get is sooo good. Washer & dryer in the room.. a little balcony. The restaurant service was great, good drinks. The pool area was super nice they had a toddler pool just for my 1 year old lol not literally but he was the only one using it & it was actually perfect for him. I would stay here every-time we’re in the area it was that good!」

「Positives: comfy memory foam bed, clean space, nice location. The rooms are in a converted historic building, and while many interior features are attractive, the project seems very rushed, and a lot of important items are missing or poorly done (especially to be a four star as they claim) Most importantly, the AI model is a hellish experience. The communications pretend to come from a real person but are coming from a computer. The AI ("concierge") will waste 30 minutes of your time going...
