One of the reception staff provided inaccurate information about the exchange rate options for payments and seemed to encourage using the higher rate for CAD to USD, which felt a bit misleading. "Generally, it was nice. In house food, way too expensive. C'mon. $65 for 2 burgers and fries. Burgers were not even good . Hated the bathroom/closet sliding door combo. Also, needed a dresser and possibly a coffee pot. Also, non glass cups in the bathroom would be safer, as would safety bars in the shower. Water pressure in the shower was super. "

"Beautiful resort and excellent rooms. Only complaint is pervasive smell of smoke in casino. Hard to breathe for me. I didn’t really see many people smoking but somehow the smell was present everywhere except room. But no worse than other casinos. Just wish they’d do something to create cleaner air. "

"I wish each room came with a fridge and microwave and a laundry room for the hotel, as well. Other than that, very convenient to get around with the Monorail and so many dining options!"
