"The rooms were extremely stuffy no matter how low I set the thermostat. My tv didn’t have a signal for cable and the staff could have cared less. They offered me a new room on the last night of my stay. I was there for four days with my children. That made for a really boring stay on top of them not having a pool."

"I could hear every sound from the hallway and from the 6th floor and all above average street noise. The staff were non-conscious, the sheets and towels were clean (could smell the bleach), soiled furniture, no USB ports, separating grout-the only reason I did not depart was due to the location of the garage where my vehicle was parked. I usually request a late check-out when out of town, I left before check-out time."

"The room itself was actually nice and very clean, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was quite frustrating. We were given a room located in a building across the street from the main hotel. Crucially, we were never told at the time of booking that our room would be outside of the main building. This made it incredibly inconvenient to use the amenities we were looking forward to. Having to walk across the street just to get to the breakfast in the morning or to use the indoor pool was a major hassle. It felt like we were staying at a separate, less convenient property rather than the main Hyatt. This lack of transparency regarding the room location really spoiled the stay."
