Comfortable

Overall a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and updated. The front staff was accommodating. Our only issue was that they ran out of food early on Sunday morning, they were not prepared for the full house during Cherry Blossom festival. But overall good stay. Thank you.

Front end staff very friendly Room was clean but 1. bathroom fan and small light did not work 2. Ice Machine on my floor was not working 3. Had A/C on left for the day came back and it was off and room was very warm

Pleasantly surprised

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay there. After reading the reviews, I was actually hesitant, but once I got there I thought..this is perfect for my needs. It was convenient to the metro which had trains RUN directly to DC and stops at all the places i needed to go without transfer. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and staff kept it replenished. The only issue was the wifi connection. Annnd the bathroom could be upgraded. All in all I had a pleasant stay.

there seemed to be some homeless people hanging out around the hotel. they ran out of towels one evening and my husband went super early the next morning (5:30ish) and we were lucky to get the last two!! Our room had stains on the carpet and smelled funky. The people at the front desk were friendly.

Not so much a home after home!

I have been staying here for over a month now while waiting for our new place. It has been cleaner than most of the hotels in the area. However the internet only works in a few rooms on the bottom level and a couple of times we didn’t have Hot water. I think for as much as the stays add up to the hotel should be upgraded at minimum the internet service especially since that is a major amenity!

Don't stay here. Unless you want to stay in a poorly cleaned, mildew smelling room with rusty fixtures and old bathtub. Why this hotel is open is beyond me. There are easy access food options around though.
