This property would’ve been a great place to stay in the early 90s. Everything was so outdated, which is fine with my family and I if they kept up on cleaning the property and rooms. 「Staff was friendly upon check in. They let me check in 20 minutes early, that was appreciated. It's pretty basic as hotels go, priced fairly. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But my issue was the lack of hot water. Upon arrival I could only get lukewarm water out of the faucet; my shower this morning ran out of hot water about two minutes in. Not sure if it's a problem for the entire hotel or just the floor I was staying on, but I can't highly recommend a place if I can't have hot...

「It is pet friendly, although we don't have pets. There was a full kitchen that had everything needed to prepare food. Full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, a garage to park in. It was very clean and so beautiful. Very well maintained. Many extra pillows and blankets available around the house. Had a walkout patio and front porch that had cute outdoor furniture. The driveway was snow blowed every morning. I would recommend staying here over a hotel any day.」

「The condo checked all our boxes: small beachfront walk, grocery store & nice restaurant nearby, parking convenient & bed was fabulous. My spouse wanted to say that grab bars in the shower should be installed & non-slip tub mat available. I also like instructions on how to make TV easier to operate. Thanks.」
