「It was a decent hotel. A bit overpriced in my opinion as someone who has stayed in many hotels. The amenities were nice to have. Restaurants, pool, hot tub. Spa services are outrageously priced need to be booked well in advance. I will say it feels a bit out-dated. The rooms were very basic with tiny bathrooms. My husband broke up a bar fight one night on the resort as the manager and bartenders were standing by doing nothing. It would have been nice to have our bill comped or at least a...

「It is a beautiful resort with incredibly clean, modern rooms. The location is a short walk to the lake set on a gorgeous property, We enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful to deal with!」

「clean rooms close to work out room」

「Pet friendly, with excellent pet areas for exercise Ease of entry and exit Great room maintenance staff,as well as informative desk employees」

「Pictures removed from the room leaving attaching hardware. Holes in walls. First room we booked had mold. Went to another room.」

「Another good Holiday Inn Express, it’s on the outskirts of town but the the driving to the restaurants / bars / attractions is super easy….. breakfast is also very good 👍」

「it’s such a beautiful property. I was only able to stop over one night on my way from Michigan to New York, but I’d love to go back someday and see more of it.」

「Made reservations weeks in advance but was given a handicap room. Room was at far end of property on second floor at end of corridor and too close to exit doors. Doors slamming shook whole wall at headboard of bed. Property outside was a mess, very rundown. Reception person at check in was very hard to understand.」

「There should be more better breakfast options available and maintain more staff so that guests are not waiting to be checked in we had to wait for 30 minutes before someone showed up at the front desk. But the lady was politely asked for excuse as she was busy. That was acceptable as she was the only person on the front」

「Very clean and more amazing than we anticipated.」

「This condo is part of an old house and has VERY unlevel floors. Your roller bags will roll away. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom could have used an exhaust fan to keep it from getting steamy with showers. The contact people were very responsive when texted. The lake view and balcony was very nice.」

「The property was cute and fun. We had some difficulty getting inside with the directions and the way they were written. Also, the drains smelled when water was ran through the sinks or shower. Other than that it was a great place and a great location.」
