「There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted.」

「Very nice, room was large, bed was comfy, staff was helpful. Breakfast was a choice of 5 different boxed meals delivered to your door at the time you request. I saw complaints on this prior to our stay. We actually really liked the options and convenience. It was just enough to satisfy us in the privacy of our room and we didn’t have to get up, get dressed and get downstairs at a certain time. I actually wish more hotels would offer this.」
