「Great hotel! Breakfast was not free ($19.99 per person) but had great variety. The hotel was very well maintained, had very friendly staff & rooms were comfortable. The food & service at the onsite bar & restaurant was also very good. On the whole, the bedt place to stay in downtown Kalamazoo.」

「The resort is a little dated - some chipping paint, doors stick, but very clean with excellent staff. We hung out and played games in the piano room when it was raining and got excellent massages at the spa. Dinner at Chianti was amazing. Breakfast at the main dining room was okay food, but great service. Overall would stay again. 」
