Housekeeping was very disappointing during our stay. The room was barely cleaned. Aside from changing the towels and making the bed, no real cleaning was done. I was especially surprised that during all three nights, the bedsheets remained extremely wrinkled. This was my first time staying at a Westin, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations.
The front desk staff wasn't particularly friendly either. They mistakenly checked us out after our second night, which locked us out of our room. It took 40 minutes to resolve the issue and regain access.
To make matters worse, I later noticed a credit card charge for an early departure which we never made. We stayed for our full reservation. Trying to get a refund has been very frustrating and time consuming, with long hold times on the phone. Overall, the experience was quite inconvenient and left a lot to be desired.
