I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Inn at 97 Winder. The staff were phenomenal—so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the building’s history and the surrounding area. They really made the experience feel special and personal. The rooms were gorgeous, with a charming, slightly kitschy character that added to the unique atmosphere. More importantly, everything was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly cozy—it felt like a true retreat. I can’t wait to come back to Detroit, and honestly, I’d return just for another stay at this inn. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and welcoming place to stay!

Yes parking was safe and secure although I paid for it. The room was fresh and clean we loved it we were disappointed that hot breakfast is no longer served at Bed and Breakfast establishments. I think you should change the name because it’s not a true bed and breakfast

Room was clean and cozy. The staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. Breakfast was substantial for the property in my opinion. Very fresh and very filling. Parking seemed a bit high for the high. Maybe a bit more transparency about the(actual) cost of street parking. But otherwise I plan to stay again. It was a treasure discovered for sure.

THe property was wonderful. It is a vintage house and well appointed. Room was spacious and comfortable (could use some shades on the windows to block the light). Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to attend events at Little Caesar’s, comerica park and there were placed to eat within walking distance.
