「There were no staff onsite, front desk or otherwise. Room smelled intensely of cleaning chemicals and was frigid with the A/C on full blast. You get what you pay for.」

「Rooms were outdated. Walls were grimy. Curtains had blood on them. Carpet was questionable. 」

「Rooms were not clean, our bed sheets had stains on them, bathroom very small and we showered with flip flops as you could see the tiles were never cleaned and also there was no room cleaning service for the whole weekend they only gave you clean towels upon request. Water pressure was absolutely terrible. Staff were nice nothing to say about them, breakfast was good. Best part was the Aerie restaurant definitely worth the view, vibe and food. This is at driving distance to downtown Traverse...
