「Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered but was very grateful we taught her. Also disappointed that they only clean the room every 3 days. When we requested fresh towels they left a bag of towels outside our room...

「Everything was excellent starting from check in to checkout. Breakfast was amazing especially coffee!!! Staffs were very helpful and supportive during the stay!」

「Check in was easy, room was clean. Comfortable bed. Small fridge which was a plus. But the AC unit was loud. For breakfast, go earlier. Not many choices. One day omelet was very salty, it was impossible to eat. We didn't use pool or gym, but they both looked clean.」

「Nice location, carpet in main areas was old and dirty, not much for a continental breakfast, ran out of ice each morning, staff was never at front desk - had a phone there for you to call them all, only saw them when I called to check in」

「I loved the price for the week. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is only a short walk to the beach. We road our bikes downtown traverse city and it was only 30 minutes. Located 30 to 45 mins to sandunes and torchlake. Overall great experience. Great fishing spots in walking distance.」

「This is a very old hotel; however, the uniqueness, character and location make it worth overlooking the aging aging of the facility. We had the 2-room suite on 2nd floor and loved it and will stay here again when in the area again」

「The beach view was beautiful from the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub worked and was comfortable. The breakfast bar was substantial. In our room floors were dirty and there were piles of dirt in the corners. Doors and floor boards needed to be touched up with paint. Could not see to put on makeup or shave in the bathroom because of poor lighting. Walls and floor in toilet room were dirty. Rooms were not soundproof!」

「The condo checked all our boxes: small beachfront walk, grocery store & nice restaurant nearby, parking convenient & bed was fabulous. My spouse wanted to say that grab bars in the shower should be installed & non-slip tub mat available. I also like instructions on how to make TV easier to operate. Thanks.」
