「Loved the look and overall feel of the environment. Great amenities, great food, huge parking lot and nice shopping and spa. Seems to fit well for families, couples and a simple retreat. Not very far from the city and golf course was lovely.」

「It was clean,but the floor in the room was sticky. The floor of the tub didn't have support under it so it was unstable . Also the toliet was very short so for tall and elderly made it difficult to use.」

「overall the property was decent. The complimentary breakfast was good. hot pancakes and eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy all cooked. self serve breakfast included cereal and oatmeal. coffee, milk and juice. the pool was nice, unfortunately, the hot tub was not working at the time. we were about 5 miles away from downtown Traverse City. there were a lot of restaurants that were close by.」

「Grand Beach Resort Hotel is about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Traverse City, so it's in a little calmer location. It has its own private beach with beautiful views of this inlet of Lake Michigan. Towels for the beach are provided and the hotel has rows of beach chairs already on the beach for guests to use. 「Not enough towels provided. There is a post note in the bathroom suggesting to hang your towels. To save water. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was minimal. Everything seemed condensed. No coffee maker in the rooms. Probably won’t stay there again. Also trying to figure out what an additional charge for $44.00 was? Desk clerk said not to worry it’s nothing. Well it’s on my credit card.」

「One of the manager was kind of rode with us telling us that we were not aloud to have our jet ski on the lake even if jet ski was 30 ft fron the beach. They ruin our 4th of July holiday. No one told me something like this before. This was just ridiculous!!!」

「I enjoyed the breakfast very much. The TV was disappointing. It only had about 10 channels, and 3 of them were Spanish. There was no channel guide. It was hard to put up with. Bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. The personnel was kind and helpful.」

「This place was very well kept up right next to the beach. The workers are very helpful, but it is a studio if you’re looking for something a little bit bigger get something bigger because this is a New York style studio, but very nice and clean.」

「Over priced rooms that were not maintained. We had a 2 queen bedroom that felt more like 2 double beds. Large stains on the carpet, bugs in the bathroom sink each night (just regular bugs, not bed bugs). Bathroom sink faucet drained really slow, toilet seat was not on tight and bathtub needed to be repaired. Faucets were gross and a lot of buildup on them. 2nd floor elevator button only worked by going up to go back down, elevator floor was dirty everyday we were there. Plan on eating...
