They get the little details right: cookies in the reception, a welcome note, a night light in the bathroom, steamer instead of an iron, easy parking on site.」

When I signed up for the room, I explained I wanted to ground floor Beach view was paying all this extra money I thought for it and I ended up on the second floor for 10 days in a room the size of a shoebox.
