「We stay here every year on the wat to see my Daughter. Last year we felt that the property was badly in need of repairs and almost didnt come back. This year they have gone through a remodel and we were thoroughly impressed. New decor totally, simple & rustic, new TVs, bathrooms remodeled also and updated. Very impressive. Small suggestions would be to allow the tvs to tilt to view from the reading chair in the corner and the breakfast wasnt great but the staff is extremely friendly and the...

「Property is okay but needs to be cleaned a little better. Needs some updating also. Two of us checked in for a 3 night stay. We were given 1 washcloth. Had to ask for more. We had a small kitchenette with a sink, stovetop, and frig. No dish soap or dish clothes or dish towels. They left a roll of paper towels with 2 paper towels left on it. Big help. We had to ask for more wash clothes and hand towels the 2nd morning of our stay. Never got them. Picked them up ourselves after 5pm when...

「Overall, the room was fine and did it's job for our time in Traverse City. It was nice, clean and I liked the setup of the room. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was better than most hotels. That being said, my first day there one of the maid staff was yelling and causing a ruckus to the point I thought she was going to up and quit. Then our first night we were awaked by the group across the hall from us around 1230am. They were knocking on each other's doors and speaking in loud voices...

「The pool was not operational. The check in process was a terrible experience. Made us wait until 3 pm exactly to check in. By the time 3 pm came around there was a line of 5 parties with one person at the front desk. We were given the key to a room that was already occupied. Had to transport our luggage from the 4th floor back to the front desk. There was still a line of people so we had to wait again. The front desk was unable to explain the situation. The same scenario for the couple behind...
