「Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered but was very grateful we taught her. Also disappointed that they only clean the room every 3 days. When we requested fresh towels they left a bag of towels outside our room...

「This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.」

「This feels like a transitional location rather than a destination. We stayed just one night on our way to somewhere else and it seemed like that was the case with most other patrons. The experience wasn’t great. We found an old sock and a cockroach in our room and some lady and a guy had a loud argument over the waffle iron at breakfast, which was mediocre otherwise. 「The photos are deceiving if you’re not familiar with the area - no waterfront view but fairly close walk. The kiddie pool was what attracted us and was “closed” due to chlorine levels but connected to the main pool. No evidence of anyone working on it over the 2 days we were here :( Elevators old and not clean, one went out of service while here.」
