「Perfect little place for a quick trip」

「Our room was just ok. We were in a Jacuzzi suite. It was difficult to enter and exit the enclosed area where it was located. The shower was the worst, with black mold on the tiles on the floor, and the walls were not cleaned. Then had white soap scum streaks on the wall appearing to have not been cleaned for quite a while. The sheets didn’t fit the king bed and slipped off the corners and bunched up on top. We had no clock in the bedroom. Halls and common areas, except for the breakfast...

「It is right on the lake so that's a plus. It was quiet and clean with comfy beds. We stayed 3 weeks, we were contacted once about someone parking in the wrong spot. It was not us, couldn't they have checked whose car it was before contacting us about such a thing. I really thought they were contacting us to see how our stay was going. The whole thing, from booking, our 21 day stay and our checkout was so impersonal. No human interaction other than us asking housekeeping for a change of towels....

「The Holiday Inn Express in Acme (Traverse City), Michigan, is a great place to stay when you plan to sightsee around the city. 「This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.」

「I loved the price for the week. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is only a short walk to the beach. We road our bikes downtown traverse city and it was only 30 minutes. Located 30 to 45 mins to sandunes and torchlake. Overall great experience. Great fishing spots in walking distance.」
