「This Hotel was extremely clean and the staff very friendly and courteous. They even had breakfast with our stay including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, pancakes and waffle maker, plus more. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was, when we arrived I was told the king room with a couch and bay view that we'd reserved and paid for, wasn’t available because the previous person extended their stay. 「Staff was friendly upon check in. They let me check in 20 minutes early, that was appreciated. It's pretty basic as hotels go, priced fairly. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But my issue was the lack of hot water. Upon arrival I could only get lukewarm water out of the faucet; my shower this morning ran out of hot water about two minutes in. Not sure if it's a problem for the entire hotel or just the floor I was staying on, but I can't highly recommend a place if I can't have hot...

「The condo checked all our boxes: small beachfront walk, grocery store & nice restaurant nearby, parking convenient & bed was fabulous. 「The room was too small especially when sofa bed was extended: there was barely any room to navigate or out our luggages. Toilet paper and Kleenex ran out during our stay. The frying pan was in terrible shape. 」

「It is pet friendly, although we don't have pets. There was a full kitchen that had everything needed to prepare food. Full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, a garage to park in. It was very clean and so beautiful. Very well maintained. Many extra pillows and blankets available around the house. Had a walkout patio and front porch that had cute outdoor furniture. The driveway was snow blowed every morning. I would recommend staying here over a hotel any day.」

「Great location, but the property is a bit dated. Needs fresh paint, especially in the master bathroom. Stains and chips make the bathroom not look as clean as it should. Nice master bedroom, and the king bed and sheets are comfortable. Very nice patio and view. 」
