The room was beautiful! There are minor repairs that you can tell need a little extra love, but overall we were soo pleased! The bed was comfortable, the view was nothing less than amazing! I can honestly say that every member of staff we came across were so welcoming and pleasant. We've started our new tradition and are pleased we've found the perfect place to execute it.

The room and the staff were amazing. It was a bit of an inconvenience not to have the front door unlocked overnight as my grandson had an emergency room visit, but we were able to get in the side door. That would be the only thing we would have changed. It was so much fun! We will stay again.

while the hotel is a little dated, our room was very clean, well stocked with nice fluffy towels, the fridge was nice and cold and even though it was a weekend stay, we were never bothered by outside noise. we loved the attached lounge with the live dj and while we didn’t avail ourselves of the onsite restaurant, it was nice to know it was there. the breakfast, however, was HORRIBLE!! 8/10:30? strange time. and coffee (maybe at 6am) would have been welcome. overall, we would recommend parkshore (just be prepared to find your own breakfast!)

Everything here was fantastic! Staff was amazing, it was clean, views were beautiful. My only thing was having to pay $11 per person for a breakfast that was clearly just a continental breakfast and free anywhere else.

Stayed for our wedding night and the staff left us a gift certificate for the lounge onsite, awesome. Room was clean, comfortable temperature. Only downfall was not have an actual table and chairs in the room but not a deal breaker. View from the balcony was great was well. Would recommend and stay again.

We absolutely loved it! The view was amazing ... the staff was very friendly and helpful ... the room was really clean ... it had a great shower, and the bed was super comfy. The restaurant being right on the premises was not only convenient but the food was outstanding!
