Off season. They had plenty of rooms. Indoor pool and hot tub was good. Clean but average motel room. Parking right by our handicap room was nice.

We had the king suite and it was amazing! Great kitchen and living area fully stocked including games and books. Large balcony with views of the lake. Enjoyed the fireplace on a cold rainy day. Pool and hot tub area were very nice. Doughnuts available every morning. Easily walk to the beach or downtown shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach. Clean, updated room with good sized mini fridge, microwave, and TV. Hot shower with good water pressure. Comfortable bed. Walkable to the restaurants of Frankfort. Great biking trails. Decent coffee and love those doughnuts!

Very nice property, helpful and nice staff, donuts every morning and just steps to the beach or nearby shops & restaurants. Great indoor pool! Our 1-bedroom unit has some older furniture but the kitchen appliances appear new, and everything was very clean. Plenty of space for two people!

The property is a combination of condos that are owned and rented out and "motel rooms" for the resort. The facilities are super clean, the grounds are amazing and the staff is super nice and helpful. Its worth every penny.

Early golf trip

Been to Northern Michigan but never to Frankfort and wanted a place by the water. Took a chance on Harbor Lights and it was a winner. It's just the two of us (we're retired) so we stayed in one of the motel rooms with no direct view of the lake but it was right around the corner and only a minute or two from the water. Convenient for a couple of picturesque sunsets! It was a slightly longer walk to the small downtown which has a few nice restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!
