「This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.」

「Hotel was very dated for the high price., Paper thin walls—couldn’t sleep because I could hear everything going on in the room next door. Air conditioner was super loud and ran constantly. Ice machines didn’t work.」

「Guy at front desk was listening to an audio book and it took us quite awhile to get his attention to check in. But once we did he was very nice and apologetic. Everything else was great.」

「For one night traveling through Traverse city this was perfect. Shower was hot and good water pressure. The hotel is conveniently close to everything with the public beach just down the road.」

「After check in we didn’t see a staff member at all, including housekeeping during our two day stay. There are plenty of shops, dining and entertainment options for guests and the rooms are upscale and well appointed. Bathroom was nice. Beautiful view. Very comfortable and nicely laid out.」

Daily maintenence and landscaping taken care of dilige tly and with pride in yhe business. Staff checks on your wrll being, comfort and needs. Very helpful with all your questions. Beach wrll groomed and clean. Beach chairs in great condition. AC works great! Clean and well maintained bathrooms! Super comfortable rooms and common areas!!!」

「We have stayed here several times over the years and have always enjoyed this little place. Always clean and friendly in a peaceful location. Unfortunately, the place is getting a little too pricey for a senior couple.」

「Great room. No chairs. No water. No information. No coffee, tried to get coffee at the cafe downstairs, staff ignored me or served others after I had placed my order. Over priced for what is available.」
