「The hotel is new and fresh. Everything was clean and comfortable.」

「Breakfast menu was ok-slim. Hot tub and pool area were pretty much as expected. Room was fine. However, as in many hotels now days, the tv remote was very hard to figure out by older, not real tech savvy travelers. Parking was fine and nearby restaurants were great. 」

「We had a great stay at the Grand Beach Resort! We went for Memorial Day weekend and I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodating nature of the staff (especially Adriel!!!) . They handled our minor concerns with care and professionalism and the room was clean, breakfast was timely and tasty, and the beach was maintained and so enjoyable - all for a reasonable price, even on a holiday weekend. I will DEFINITELY be back when I return to Traverse City and will recommend to others.」

「This is obviously a loved hotel with plenty of history and staff who care about it and the guests. It's been years since I've come across a hotel that was this clean. The bar offered good food and drinks and Trivia Night was entertaining! Special note: The water straight from the tap is better than any bottled water out there. Absolutely would stay here again」

「The location was great but the hotel itself was disappointing. It has a lovely beach but it wasn’t kept clean. Toys and items of trash were still there the following 2 days. The chairs were never straightened and no umbrellas were provided as stated in the advertising. I guess maybe it isn’t there tourist season yet? We assumed they would be ready Memorial Day weekend. As we were trying to relax and enjoy the lake view from the beach, they began to run the power washer to clean lounge...

「We had a wonderful time. Everything was stocked and available for us and the room was clean. The beach was beautiful unfortunately it was a little too chilly so we weren’t able to fully enjoy all the amenities. I took advantage of the coffee and breakfast that they had available. The cleaning ladies were very helpful when we ran out of an item. The only bummer was the coffee machine broke, but it was a holiday and no one was available to come fix it until the next day which is understandable. I...
