「Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Small but well designed. Not smelly. We had an issue with turning on the heater. It was resolved through texting and pictures. Took about 20 minutes. They responded immediately. Would have been much quicker though if we had a human come from the property. We could hear the people in the room talking next door as if they were in our room. 「The customer service was great! They were very accommodating and provided helpful recommendations and information about the area! Would definitely stay there again!」

「There were rarely any services but alternately it was very quiet and peaceful. The environment was great and cozy. One of the obvious insanity point was that the towels had dirty spots on them. 」
