「We often travel to Michigan to visit family and staying at St. John's Resort was on the wish list. This most recent visit we booked a couple nights of the trip. This particular weekend St. John's was dealing with two large wedding celebrations but staff were still available to us for questions. 「A beautiful and historic property that is unique and special in every way. The staff were delightful, friendly, helpful and generous. The furnishings exquisite and well maintained. There was a clean atmosphere that was a surprise given the age of the hotel, and it’s in a city that has lots of humidity where you normally would find a moldy smell there was none! Much appreciated for someone who has allergies. I wish I didn’t have such a late check-in because I wasn’t able to appreciate all that...

「Front desk staff not welcoming at all. Room needed to be vacuumed around the perimeter. Area behind bathroom sink had not been cleaned and the floor grout was gross, especially along the tub.」

「The room was perfect, it was clean and spacious with everything you would need. Check-in was a piece of cake, and staff member Theresa in particular was awesome. She was so welcoming and able to tell us so much about the city. We will definitely be back! 」
