「The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee was great. That’s all we wanted. Parking was excellent.」

「When we got to the office ar the Waters, we couldn’t find a soul in sight to get us checked in. We called multiple times, rang the ring doorbell multiple times… no response. Went to the bar across the road and they knew the owner and said he was sleeping. We went back over and sat in front of the room hoping he would greet, apologize, etc….he never even showed his face and made zero effort to honor the booking. Needless to say, we were Extremely disappointed with this booking that left us...

「This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.」

「It was a very nice property right across from the lake, but is definitely in need of a facelift. The showers fixtures are in bad shape, but the tub was lovely. Needs fresh decor and bedding. The pillows were clearly old and stained. The owner lives in a converted garage right across from you, and will show up at any time. Which is fine, but he did have plumbers show up and park right behind my car which i thought was rude to the guest. Luckily they didnt stay long. Pictures are deceiving,...
