We came expecting it to be damaged and lower standards and for a $10,000 holiday I wasn’t impressed. Hotel smells horrendously of mold and our rooms were so full of mold we got chest infections. 「Jamaica was incredible, but our stay at Bahia Principe in Runaway Bay was disappointing. Check in was very slow, and our room was not properly cleaned. There was dirty underwear under the sink. Our friends were double booked and were asked to leave their room after another couple was checked into it. Their replacement room had double beds instead of a king, and the entire process took from 3:00 PM to about 5:30 PM. Service across the resort moved slowly. Even when you are being helped, staff...
