「Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.」

「DID NOT SLEEP A WINK!! AVOID LOWER LEVEL ROOMS. We stayed in the fountain room. There was an extreme amount of noise banging foitsors pounding coming from above well into the late night past 1am and starting back up around 5am. Constantly loud thumping and banging.. ZERO soundproofing from the soace above. We were wondering if there was a staff or public access room above us. I highly recommend requesting a room on the top floor NOT the lower level. 「A lovely stay, it was just down the road to a venue where we were attending a party. The host was very welcoming and friendly and insured we had everthing we wanted. Room was tidy and had a mini fridge, tea and coffee. Breakfast was lovely my son enjoyed the fresh fruit. X」
