"Primera queja, me asignaron una habitación que apenas cabía la cama. Yo acudí a ese hotel porque quería la habitación amplia con vista y el baño integrado a la habitación. Segunda queja, el tiempo de respuesta cuando uno ordena algo al estaurante, para que lo lleven a la terraza de la última planta. Duraron 1 hora y 30 minutos para llevar lo solicitado. Entendía que por tener el nivel Platino con ustedes, tendría un mejor trato. Gracias."
