「Great staff. Great bar. Great room.」

「Good location. Excellent service. Great breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.」

「There was a event that ran late and felt like it was right under my room. Prevented me from getting to sleep until late, after a long few days of travel. Otherwise the stay was fine.」

「It was too hot」

「the location is a few klms from the town centre, which is quite a walk. The hotel entrance is at the back and you need to walk through a very busy carpark and enter around the back. the rooms are a strange mix of old and new, and the main weakness was no fridge and little ventilation. The room we had (301) was in a corner and the window only opened a few inches, its location meant little airflow and despite moderate weather, it was stuffy. There is no air conditioning and on one occasion, the...

「Wifi is strong. A lot of parking space. 10 mins drive to download.」

「Nice room and very close to a bus stop that goes around the city! If you want breakfast, you can pay to add it on.」

「Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Gave great city recommendations and helped to arrange any transportation needed」

「The standard room was dark small and uncomfortable had 1 full bed and a twin it’s a a family room I don’t understand why we were assigned that room we are a couple luckily we don’t spend time in the room. Also the pictures on Expedia did not show that the standard room had this format. We complained but were told that is how all the standard rooms are. Pool area isn’t very nice small pool and there wasn’t a hot tub」

「Despite being an older property this hotel has kept the best of the past and integrated it with currently accepted standards. The hotel and staff couldn't be better. The room was comfortable and had a lovely table next to the window seating area for two with a large table next to the window. Walking to your room every staff member greeted you with a welcome and a smile. The location was great and for our first visit to Waterford itvset the stage.」

「Loved walking the grounds. The dinner was amazing!」

「Great to have onsite decent gym with studio. Pool and spa. Restaurant had live music sat and sun nights while i was there. Was packed of locals and guests. Breakfast was tasty. Parking is only a short walk away. I was in the new area of the hotel which was a bit of an internal maze to get to (few stairs - there are lifts). But room overlooked river and bed was comfortable. Didn’t get any noise from the gym considering it was close to room. Enjoyed my stay.」
