The hotel has a great location just steps from pubs and shopping. Parking is across the street in a multi-use lot but is reasonably priced. The pool area is nice as well. I found the staff to be a little standoff-ish; I wish that they had been a little friendlier.

Everything was excellent. The room was lovely. Parking convenient. Walkable to stores, restaurants, etc. Staff were great. My only complaint was that there is no breakfast option - can't even get a cup of coffee without purchasing the entire buffet breakfast, unless you want to wait for the coffee bar to open at 10:00. Fortunately one manager was able to help me. Still, would highly recommend.

Great location making it very walkable. We parked across the street which is validated by the hotel and didn't need the car until it was time to go.

Hotel was in a perfect location. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was worth the money with plenty of choice. Rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the pillows were not so comfortable and there was no air conditioning in the room although there was a desk fan provided. Just glad we didn't stay in the heat wave. If you are visiting Kilkenny I would recommend this hotel.

Liked: Cleanliness
Room was very spacious and comfortable beds and high quality linens. Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Limited information provided on check in, particularly that there is a pool on site, and there are fees to rent towels and a swim cap which was reported to be required. The leisure center seemed more like a workout center or gym rather than a hotel pool.
