The service and food was excellent! The entertainment was great at night - a bonus! The lift is small and the rooms are a little dated but big. I'd recommend this hotel for the service and food!

Despite being an older property this hotel has kept the best of the past and integrated it with currently accepted standards. The hotel and staff couldn't be better. The room was comfortable and had a lovely table next to the window seating area for two with a large table next to the window. Walking to your room every staff member greeted you with a welcome and a smile. The location was great and for our first visit to Waterford itvset the stage.

What a quaint old hotel! A truly remarkable place. It is convenient and walkable to town events and a town festival was right up the street. The pub had live music daily and the food was great. There is parking close by which was a plus for being in town
