The building is a little old and hard to navigate to your room, unless you are close to the elevator. With any booking you you make in the UK, always book the breakfast of you intend to eat breakfast. It will save you a ton if you prebook and pay for it. Staff were nice and parking onsite made it very easy to park and enjoy the town.

This was an overall nice hotel. The inside is a little maze like on a long winding path that involved going up stairs then down stairs and such but the room itself was great. Very clean and comfortable. I will say, we didn’t know before hand but apparently Kilkenny is a party town on weekends with lots of large groups going from pub to pub and it was loud outside until 3 or 4 am. Not something the hotel has any control over, obviously, but something to keep in mind if you’ll be staying here over a weekend.
