「This place was great! Huge rooms, high end bar and restaurants prem, and very responsive staff. Drawbacks: 3 flights up for some rooms if you’re in need of accessibility, and the bar didn’t have a corkscrew for a wine bottle we wanted to enjoy before dinner. But no prob, they located it after about 15-20 min and we had a great night!」

「Quirky from the outside but nice inside. Comfortable and clean. We were in a room next to the pub so we didn’t have any noise except from guests using the hot tub and they quieted about 930. Only issue we had was it was warm so we wanted the windows open but the staff used the space by our window as a smoking area. We were able to open after they left for the night. Small nice kitchen with convenience store across the street that had basic groceries for all meals. 」

「This hotel's exterior doesn't even hint at what's inside. The area is spacious, flowing and absolutely lovely in the lobby and Waterfront restaurant. We drove all over Ireland for the past 2 weeks and this is the only hotel that had a shower curtain so the floor wasnt flooded (those half walls do nothing, especially when you can't adjust the showerhead to not spray outside the shower stall) and a bathroom exhaust fan so the mirror didnt steam over. 「Total gem and worth going a bit off the beaten path. Wonderfully renovated and welcoming spaces. On a cool night there were small fires in the fireplaces in the lobby and in the restaurant. The dinner at the restaurant was the best of our trip, and the included breakfast in the morning was also fabulous. Walkable little town with several historical points of interest, a Friday morning farmers market, and lots of locals at Joyces pub and bakery. We wished we had booked for more than one night. 」

「We stayed in the cabin in the back which was…. Absolutely adorable and as pictured. I would highly recommend to communicate with the host ahead of time, because while the contact phone number is listed at multiple points on the property, it can be difficult for a traveler without phone service. I was traveling from another country and had data only, I was fortunate to have a local person lend me their phone so I could check in that first evening. That is my only advice for anyone wanting to stay...

「The location is fantastic. Very close to all the bars and nightlife but not in the noise of it. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was huge, (could have included beans though).. Only downside was the shower curtain. It just stuck to you when using the shower making it uncomfortable. 」
