「Staff was very helpful」

「The hotel is conveniently located next to the Bunratty Castle with free parking. We stayed at a triple room and there are 3 chairs and a table which enable us to have good time playing cards and games. There are coffee machine and electric kettle in the room with ample coffee capsules and tea bags. Staff are helpful and gave clear instruction. 「Clean and comfortable.」

「We stayed for four nights, and had very good impression. the staff are overall very professional. The only weakness were the staff at the reception who were not very helpful.」

「Room was very clean and spacious.」

「Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rating a 4 star because there is no elevator, nor a hair dryer in our room. They did offer to take all of our things upstairs for us before we finished checking in. Room was very clean and comfortable, precisely what we were seeking in our price range.」

「Cozy house wirh all the necessary to make you feel at home with an Irish style. 」

「The first thing I noticed was how fast the check-in went.」

「Free wify is only in lobby .」

「Very pleased with Tony, Marie, and the property. Expedia itself needs to better with connecting renters and landlords, or remove the contact/support sections of its site.」

「房間寛敞，早餐豐富。」

「No hair conditioner. Very loud extra fan that stays on for at least 5 minutes. More like 3 star than 4 star」
