Staff were excellent, great location to the airport - literally a 2 minute walk. Hotel was really nice, bar and restaraunt good. Room was really nice. No issues at all and perfect for us for a couple of nights stay prior to an onward flight to US.

I would recommend this hotel. The building is a little old but you can see they have tried to update it. With any booking you make in the Ireland, always book the breakfast of you intend to eat breakfast. It will save you a ton if you prebook and pay for it. On-site parking is a big plus with easy access to the Cliffs of Moher. Make this spot an excellent jump off point.

If you have a morning flight out of Shannon, this property is a perfect landing pad for your final night's stay. As long distance hikers, we use public transportation whenever possible. The busses stop right outside of the departure gates. The Radisson Park Inn is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop (Do NOT follow Google Map directions if on foot). Hotel staff were attentive, and check-in was quick. Dinner included a notably good seafood chowder. We did not use any of the hotel amenities as we had an early departure.

Getting to the hotel is very easy and it is walkable to the airport. The hotel is undergoing a renovation (very much needed) and when we pulled up, the front area was littered with old carpeting and furniture. Not the greatest introduction for the hotel. The rooms are definitely in need of an updating. The restaurant and bar are closed for the refurbishment but they have a conference room set up as a bar and a restaurant. We did eat there and the meal was okay.

Close to airport was great. The room had no heat so we needed a space heater. Tried to call front desk & the telephone didn’t work. After two trips to the front desk we got heat. Bar was outrageously expensive. If people are going to be placed in a room it should be cleared for occupancy. It was clear that this one was not.

Komfortabel, sehr freundliches Personal, geräumiges Zimmer, schöne Lobby. Vom Bett zum Gate in 10-15 Minuten. Besser kann ein Flughafenhotel kaum sein. Etwas teuer mit 150€ pro Nacht, aber gibt auch nichts anderes in der Nähe.
