「Loved the vibe of this hotel. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and made the stay great. Rooms were clean, carpet was a little dated but still clean. Great location, with lots of eating and shopping options in walking distance. Bonus, Our room had a great view of the Kilkenny castle and it’s within walking distance.」

「We had an amazing time,the surroundings are just incredible,so beautiful and peaceful.My family really enjoyed the barn and we played board games,lit a fire which was fabulous.The option to BBQ also.We had such fun.Our huts were just gorgeous,everything was spotlessly clean,the bed was so comfortable and the bedding was to a very high standard.We took a stroll through the meadow and had a turn in the paddle boat on the the water on the grounds,so much fun.The hosts really take great care of this...

「If you are looking for peace and quiet - this isn't the hotel for you. Very (very) noisy due to the huge amount of families with small children. However, the outdoor infinity pool is a quiet oasis away from the chaos!」

「Fantastic hotel, amazing staff and location perfect. The small town of Leighlinbridge had many hidden gems! Food was great, both breakfast and the restaurant. Only small niggle was the tired bedroom and en suite, which whilst perfectly functional, could do with a refresh.」

「It was good for the price. But to check in you have to call a number and wait. It doesn’t tell you that and the number is on the door so you can’t call early. Simeon from another location comes to let you in. Breakfast is do it yourself continental, not amazing. We are at The Pantry just a few places down, amazing. The lady that checked us in was nice. Room was small but worked. Bed slanted towards head so needed up sleeping opposite direction.」

「Stayed 1 night in a “deluxe” room, the experience started well with the unusual arrival via a short ferry and the drive through the private island, but sadly the luxury experience ended as soon as we had parked up and headed for check-in. Little did we know that the hotel was largely booked out by a huge wedding party, to even get to reception required us to gatecrash through their “private” BBQ held on the lawn in front of hotel. We were looking forward to a quiet stay, but as we went out for...
