「Quirky from the outside but nice inside. Comfortable and clean. We were in a room next to the pub so we didn’t have any noise except from guests using the hot tub and they quieted about 930. Only issue we had was it was warm so we wanted the windows open but the staff used the space by our window as a smoking area. We were able to open after they left for the night. Small nice kitchen with convenience store across the street that had basic groceries for all meals. 」

「This hotel's exterior doesn't even hint at what's inside. The area is spacious, flowing and absolutely lovely in the lobby and Waterfront restaurant. We drove all over Ireland for the past 2 weeks and this is the only hotel that had a shower curtain so the floor wasnt flooded (those half walls do nothing, especially when you can't adjust the showerhead to not spray outside the shower stall) and a bathroom exhaust fan so the mirror didnt steam over. 「Lyrath was a gem! Beautiful inside and out, the staff was very accommodating. The grounds were beautiful and our room was more than spacious and comfortable. Would definitely return and plan some “downtime” just to enjoy the hotel’s amenities!」

「Our stay was an absolute dream! Lorna and Peter provided a one of a kind experience. Upon arrival we were giving a tour of the farm and grounds, then a walk through our cottage, which was clean, well maintained and full of activities. Lorna then invited us to check out the afternoon milking, then meet and PET the cows and then young calfs who were curious enough to walk over. 「The location is fantastic. Very close to all the bars and nightlife but not in the noise of it. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was huge, (could have included beans though).. Only downside was the shower curtain. It just stuck to you when using the shower making it uncomfortable. 」
