"We appreciate the staff, extensive morning buffet, and gym facilities. We have now stayed here 2 times and have made it our regular spot when in San Jose. Friendly staff, fresh environment, clean rooms, wonderful shower, and being close to a mall when travelling has been helpful!"

"All of the hotel staff were very nice. The restaurant food was amazing. The hotel was within walking distance to other restaurants and shopping, which made exploring the city easy. "

"Stayed here for 6 days, rooms are spacious and nothing spectacular compared to a more modern style room but makes up for it with a balcony that faces the Volcano. There a several hot springs and one has a swim up bar that was fantastic. They also have a pool with a pretty lengthy fast slide, the breakfast here is top notch. Plenty of choices to choose from, the hotel also offers a view point, within the resort, that you can take a 5 minute drive that over sees the Volcano, amazing view!! It’s a short 10 minute drive to La Fortuna so for me it worked out perfectly as I didn’t have to worry about heavy traffic flow coming in and out of the resort. Staff helps with booking any activities you may be interested in booking. Overall I’d definitely stay here again 10/10"
