We had a fabulous stay! Staff were lovely and attentive. Facility was beautiful and access to the beach was a huge bonus. Location was amazing- short drive to Jaco Walk and a quick walk to a brewery and cafe.

The room was clean and spacious, bathroom is a little bit small, but it’s has hairdryer. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is really good. The hotel is a really good beachfront option. Pool was clean and has a separated place for children.

I read some reviews where people were disappointed in their rooms and the condition of the facilities, but I had a completely different experience. My ocean view room was absolutely fantastic. My room's balcony was so awesome that I almost had no reason to even walk out to the beach. If you can, get one of those rooms! I found everything here was in great condition. Fresh paint, new roofs on the covered walkways, etc. Maybe they've just completed some refreshing and refurbishing? The only negative was that the jacuzzi in my room stopped working, but the staff didn't waste any time trying to fix it. They didn't have any luck, but they made up for it.

Great beach location and courteous and friendly staff. Major bummer was the pool wasn’t working Which was a major disappointment. Didn’t know the pool wasn’t working till I got to the hotel to check in. Tried to get a refund and move to another hotel with a pool but Expedia left me stranded. The one big plus was many activities (surf lessons, horses, jet ski ) were right next door
