「Loved the pool and the fact that the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome, they even went through the trouble of bringing “manzanas de agua” from the tree,clean them and served them pool side on a plate with salt on the side. No charge for this, just kindness. When I decided to stay an extra night they figured out how even without a reservation. Gracias a todos. I will return. Pura Vida! 」

「Trogon was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The property and the location was priceless. The staff was fantastic and always willing to help. The cabins were clean and cozy and with the weather it will probably the best sleep you will ever have. The Food is very good plus there are a few other very good options within a couple of KM's. The bar/lounge was amazing and a Mojito is a must...」

「What a Great Ocean View from the private Pool of the House!! I also stayed in one of their apartments, their pool as well have a spectacular vie to the Pacific Ocean and breathtaking sunsets. The hosts and their team are very helpful and friendly. And the best: our dogs were welcome and enjoyed their stay as much as we did. To Dog owners: to maintain this place dog friendly control your dogs and clean up after them, thank you! Overall one of the best places we stayed in the Uvita region! 」

「Absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the bungalow. Balcony view breath taking. Seafood rice in their restaurant was fantastic as was the free breakfast the next morning. We did the zip line the next day. Not for the faint of heart but well worth it.」

「The good: This is an excellent hotel with spectacular views, friendly staff, and a zen atmosphere. The bad: There is 1.8 KM of unpaved steep rocky road before you get to the gate and another kilometer before getting to the property. This is bad enough that we decided to give up 2 prepaid nights and leave early despite having a 2WD SUV (To their credit, hotel credit us for our incidentals, which accounted for part of the nightly rate). I highly recommend this hotel as long as you have known brand...
