Very nice newly constructed villas. Clean. Safe. Full kitchen. Easy beach access. Please note that upon check out you will want to open the security gate and drive your car out before locking the keys/gate remote inside your villa suite. Enjoy!

We stayed at Cedrela Beach Villa 1 for 5 nights and it met all of our needs. It has fast wifi, a/c, full kitchen, hot shower water, parking, and perfect location. It is a short walk from the beach which has free entry after 5pm. There is a large grocery store at the top of the road and great restaurants and cafes nearby. The villa is surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna. From the spacious deck we saw green parrots, Scarlett macaws, iguanas, and the sweetest orange cat. The villa is gated and feels safe.

Excellent stay, the property is clean modern and very spacious. I stayed in Villa 1 which had plenty of space for me and my wife. The room had a nice kitchen area with a large fridge / cutlery, cups etc , a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. The property is located within walking distance to one of the entrances to Marino Ballena national park and provides secure parking with an electric gate. Overall I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend to stay at Cedrela Beach Villas. My only recommendations would be to add a kettle, toaster and hairdryer. Thank you

Loved the location. There a was a few weird things. Like hardly any blankets. They had like a basic thin sheet as blanket. The pull out couch is not for sleeping at all. Shouldn’t be advertised as an additional place to sleep. But the location is great and it was clean. Cute interior.

Villa was equipped with what we needed for our stay. The beach is a short walk down the street. Restaurants all within a 6 min drive. Be prepared that there is a lot of noise from local wildlife. We didn’t mind, it was a great Costa Rica experience.

Très bien et très proche de la plage

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. La villa que nous avons louée pour trois nuits était dans un état impeccable, propre et spacieuse avec une cuisine moderne, de la literie confortable et une grande salle de bain. L'environnement nous a semblé très sur, avec un parking sécurisé devant la maison. L'un des accès à la magnifique place du parc Marine Ballena de Uvita se trouve à 100 m de la villa et Uvita avec ses activités est seulement à 5 minutes de voiture. C'était vraiment parfait pour visiter cette zone. Uniques notes à corriger : - On entends un peu de bruit la nuit car la nature est bien présente ici (en plus d'un peu de bruit de la route nationale parfois...) - Nous aurions aimé avoir une cafetière ou une machine à café dans la cuisine pour du bon café costaricain (je ne l'ai pas trouvée). Au final, je conseille bien cet endroit et j'en garde un très bon souvenir.

Casa segura a 100 metros de la playa

Excelente ubicación a 100 metros de la playa caminando, puesto del parque Marino Ballena, se paga 1000 colones de entrada, más impuestos (aprox 1200 colo es en total) esa entrada te sirve para todo el día, puedes entrar y salir ese mismo día. Leo el anfitrión estuvo atento vía WhatsApp, la villa es preciosa, son 4 villas en total, nos quedamos en la #1 tiene rampa para silla de ruedas, el baño también es adaptado, la cocina está equipada con trastes, solo debes llevar los alimentos pero a 300 metros hay un supermercado y compramos algunas cosas básicas como sal, azúcar, aceite, un chorreador de café porque no había coofee maker, faltaba una pantalla de TV, microondas, pero en general está muy bonita, tiene aire acondicionado, la cama super cómoda y confortable, si te gusta la naturaleza ahí podrás escuchar aves, monos, y relajarte si prefieres en una terraza afuera de la casita, en fin, fue una buena selección y super recomendada. También hicimos un tour de ballenas con Bahía Aventuras un excelente tour operador muy cerca de la casa.
