「The rooms need at least an option of having more light. I get the theme for the hotel, but still - the lack of light in the room was deeply inconvenient. 「The main house looks lovely but don’t be fooled. First room in the Waterhouse was a disaster the stench was awful! Mould and damp. Room was swapped but not much better, dirty and damage to the walls. The staff are just rude and unhelpful. Asked where breakfast was, directed to the main house. Stood for 10 mins being ignored by staff so approached a lady and asked, got barked at ‘we open at 7:30!’ Ok no one informed me and only asked if I could get a coffee as there was nowhere else to have one...
