Clean and comfortable room, lovely staff, excellent value for money.
Excellent stay, quiet room and good food. I suggest staying in the main building, as the annexe is far from everything, and the path between the annexe and the main building can get slippery on rainy days (and it rains a lot in England). The wine list and beer selection need improvement.
Latimer House very interesting history from World War 2, it was a family wedding which property was an ideal location and large enough to handle that amount of people and staff where very friendly would visit again.

Was a small but functional room I stayed in. Was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great with a good variety of items. The only minor issue was the bath panel had some water damage and really needs replacing.
Lovely friendly staff. A beautiful old historic building, but the bedrooms are in the new building. A quiet pool and small steam/sauna rooms - very welcome at the beginning and end of the day. Well maintained and very clean.
The bar and restaurant staff are friendly even though the food is mostly bland or bad. The front desk staff are hit or miss. They don’t answer the phone from the internal lines. The floors are loud and creaky - I needed to sleep with my white noise machine on high to drown it out. But I will say the hotel and grounds are pretty. Everything was clean and well decorated.
Friendly staff, stay was seamlessly from start to finish. room adequate, although bathroom ,toilet too close to sleeping area which gave a musty smell in the room. Rooms very warm they do supply a standing fan though. Ok stay, grounds are lovely
We loved the history of the property and the amenity of the swimming pool was huge bonus for me and my son. We loved walking the grounds of the property and seeing all of the gardening and the trees. A beautiful quiet location with lots to explore. The breakfast was filling and can’t wait to return one day. I feel like this location would benefit from a day spa.
Good attentive staff, the comfiest bed around and a pleasant place to stay

Nice hotel, great location - just a bit noisy.
Nice venue. Great location.
Unfortunately my allocated room was right above the conference part of the hotel so it got very noisy from around 8am.
The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice.
Some of the staff were a bit grumpy but other than that no real issues.
Lovely property but the rooms in the wings are too small for 2 guests, tiny bed, would be perfect for single person. Wish we’d booked a larger room in the main house. Also, shampoo was provided but not conditioner. That’s the kind of cost cutting decision only a man would make!
Excellent stay for a weekend getaway, room was big and the grounds were amazing. Good amount of vegetarian options and we loved the bar area outside in the good weather.
Service was good in the bar, only thing which was missing was room service as we asked for an ice bucket and glasses and we waited an hour and no one came otherwise as excellent stay.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - big choice. Our room was a bit cramped with not enough storage and the bathroom was very small.

Rooms were miles away from the main building (got soaked in the rain getting to the room). Service in the restaurant was dreadful. I was eating alone, the restaurant was pretty empty, however it took 20 minutes just to place my order - staff kept ignoring me. I was offered some water for the table - then charged £5 for this - it was just added to my bill!! I had scampi and cold chips with a flat pint of lager which cost £34 in total and took 1 hour. Rooms were clean and tidy and reception staff were friendly. Just steer clear of the restaurant.
