「My stay here was during Hurricane Melissa so things were different for us. Our first two days on the resort were amazing before the storm hit. The private beach, pools, swim up bar were all amazing, staff was great, very kind and beautiful people. The food was 4/10 only because it was bland and lacked seasoning but I think they make it that way to accommodate all people, there was a good variety though. The staff did great during and after the storm in my opinion, they were definitely prepared...

「We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and instantly fell in love with the property. Diego was amazing and met with us EVERYDAY to assure we were well taken care of, truly detail oriented. We met a couple of great friends and a bunch of new family at the preferred club pool bar. Sebastian and Obispio were so kind, friendly, inviting and really made us feel like family.! 「Room was clean and bathroom as well. Happy they have tiles and not carpet. Beautiful ocean view and we really enjoyed the pool! I would definitely return as the staff members were exceptional especially Rolando at Check in and Dahjae at the Momo restaurant. The VIP option with late check out option was a big plus too」
