Loved this place had good AC loved the private beach the beachfront rooms. The only thing that I could not stand was the morning rude restaurant lady. Other than that great place to stay.

I liked the rooms. They are spacious and very clean. It is amazing to have oceanview and the ability to hace a living room and kitchen without breaking the bank. The pool area is a little ran down but again nice to be able to enjoy the beach and pool within a short distance. The food at the restaurant was great.
What I didn’t appreciate was the lobby and some of the restaurant staff. Attitude was not welcoming and at times felt reprimanded. I am on vacation and expect pleasant attitude. It wasn’t until you got annoyed that they realized and apologized. The bathrooms by the pool need a revamp.

The view is million dollars:) waking up in the morning to that magnificent ocean view was a plus!! Very convenient with the kid! Kitchen is a plus, everything you need, a roster, grill, oven!

I would have given this place 4 stars but upon arrival I was informed that there is a $30 per person per night fee, that turned out to be an additional $300. When I booked the room that fee was not indicated on the booking or the hotels.com app. I think I probably would have booked something else if I was aware of the fee.
Now aside from that major inconvenience the hotel is clean but dated, the pictures are accurate. It is nice to have a full apt with a kitchen especially when traveling with kids. Beach chairs are reserved for you and the beach was never crowded. There are no water sports on the beach so we did end up going to a couple of other beaches for that.
The staff is friendly and helpful our housekeeper was amazing even washed our dirty dishes every day. There are a few restaurants within walking distance outside of that I would suggest a car rental, taxis were $9 per person and not based on distance. There was a weird odor in one of our bathrooms, but other than that if you’re ok with dated decor the rooms are fine. The best feature of the room is the huge balcony and amazing view there are floor to ceiling windows with a table and lounge chair. We enjoyed listening to the waves every night.

Loved the ground level room right off the beach, with foot wash and large private veranda.
Kitchen amenities were great, they provide all the basic necessities (eg., sponge, dish soap, towels, beach towels, dinnerware, etc…).

Fine for one night, not as nice as the photos, but the rooms were big and the view was nice. I will say that it seemed like a 3 star hotel rather than a resort.

You're steps away from a nice sandy beach, a few waves getting in and out but can float around if you like. They have assigned beach chairs, you tell them what area you want and they'll put your room number on some that are available.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially at the little Mini Mart and had everything you would need. We never ate at the restaurant, went next door to Divi, they have several options.
The room's are outdated but found everything was clean enough, we pick a place based on the beach not the room.

This was one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed. The room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the restaurant on the property was closed most of the time. Overall rating ten out of ten.

Bellaire Beach Hotel won my heart on my last week travels to St Maarten. The staff was very helpful and made you feel at home. The property is upkept, clean and spacious rooms with everything at your fingertips. Theres a restaurant/cafe , excursions office, a mini market , fitness room, swimming pool on a deck next to the ocean, nook lounge space with a bookshelf. The hotel also offers special events for guest to participate in from, sunrise yoga to an all you can eat sunset bbq with a live band and steel pans! I had an ocean view suite that faced the island of Saba, absolutely breathtaking views and ambiance. I would highly recommend the accommodations! i will be returning.

Two bedroom 2 bath full kitchen on the beach. Beautiful views. We rented a car and it was easy to get around once you got used to it. Close to grocery store, Zipline, and town. Traffic is variable but so what you are on island time! Some staff were very friendly others not so much. Clean, a little run down but didn’t bother us. Laundry available with quarters. Umbrellas and chairs complementary. Cabs available and reasonable. French pastries great! You can even order from market on site. Food was good at the gingerbread cafe. Would come again for sure with more people!
