Room was delayed for daily cleaning, consistently had to asked for clean towels ( room cleaned but not enough bath towels left for number of guests. Bathroom does not have a door so it soak the floor when you shower. Entertainment ( actual person singing / music noise level right above the rooms Room was attached to an adjoining room and you can hear all your neighbours conversations clearly. Dont expect to sleep in as the doors / walls are not soundproof.

Nice room and view. Beautiful pool, cool slide and great hot tub. Salt restaurant had good variety for breakfast but limited selection for other meals. Valet parking was nice but 2 mornings in a row the passenger seat came back to us with cigarette ashes one day and other dirt the next. Not sure if the valet guys were using our rental car for evening breaks? Re-stocking of Keurig K-cups and bathroom supplies never happened over the course of a 5 night stay. Would stay here again.

We did not feel welcomed during our entire stay. Most of the staff had dismissive behavior. Every single day there were issues with the staff cleaning our room. It either was not cleaned, or poorly cleansed.

The pool area and bar were really nice. The location is great. The hotel room was not the best. The patio curtains and doors were filthy. Our sheets were not changed at all despite the request. The room smelled of mold and the room was just worth the price.

From the ambience to the location to the staff to the room, everything was perfect. The staff were very welcoming very nice and very attentive. From the front desk, staff to the staff at the restaurant to the guys that run the shuttles and take your bags. The young lady in charge of the excursions was amazing. Everyone was so respectful and always had a smile. I definitely will return to this resort. No complaints at all. The best part was watching the sunset by the pool. Thank you to everyone at the Morgan that made my 40th birthday special.

Yes the room was neat and clean. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Nigel (at the front desk) gave us a memorable welcome greeting There should have been 2 complimentary bottles of water per guest each day during your stay.

Had a great time at this hotel! The room was amazing and beautiful. We were able to find chairs by the pool anytime we went. It was busy but not over crowded. Walking distance to some fantastic restaurants and the beach the planes fly over. Oh yeah, about the planes. They are loud so pick your room carefully. The planes do stop during the night so you won't have any trouble sleeping. Water at the gym was scarce and the TV quality wasn't great but that didn't matter since we were always out. Staff is super friendly and loved the food by from salt both by the pool and at dinner.

Room was great. View was amazing. However the communication between the staff was less than impressive. Had to open and close multiple tabs at the pool, and I had to send my steak back and it took 20 minutes for it to come back out. Of course my husband was then done with his dinner. While the staff was nice, company organization of handling things at the pool needs to be reorganized.
