The grounds, the service, the food, the ambiance is a perfect combination for a top tier adult getaway. But words don't do it justice when it comes to the personal butler upgrade!! Ralston, Kaden and Gary have made each and every day and night special from checking in daily, securing items and/or experiences for us, nightly turn down service, ironing services...

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "
